What happens after I fill out an online form?
We will review your submission form and photos together as a team. If we think you have a look that our clients are actively requesting, we will get in touch with you to schedule an audition.
What do I need to bring to my audition?
If you have any recent photos of yourself, please bring a printed copy with your name written on the back of the photo. Wear a nice outfit that you feel confident and comfortable in. Please bring a printed copy of your modeling/acting resumé with your past experiences (if any).
Are there any fees to join?
There is a one-time fee to join, but no annual fees thereafter.

About Amy
Amy Foss has been working in the entertainment and talent industry since 2001, and over the years, she’s had the opportunity to experience just about every side of the business - both in front of the camera and behind it. From production and talent coordination to casting and working directly with models and actors, Amy has developed a true appreciation for what makes a great production come together.
Her career has taken her onto sets of all kinds, and she has even served as a Casting Director for a feature film. She loves the challenge of finding just the right person for a role and helping bring a creative vision to life. And sometimes, that “right person” has four legs! One of Amy’s more unusual - and surprisingly useful - skills is casting pets. Yes, cats and dogs, too!
In January 2026, Amy took ownership of The STAIR Agency and reopened the agency in May with a fresh vision, renewed energy, and a genuine excitement for what’s ahead. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, STAIR represents professional models, actors, and unique talent throughout East Tennessee and beyond.
For Amy, talent representation is about much more than matching a person to a project. It’s about building relationships, communicating well, showing up, and creating an experience where both clients and talent feel valued. She believes in doing business with professionalism, integrity, and a healthy dose of enthusiasm.
Amy is thrilled to lead STAIR into its next chapter and is excited about what’s possible: New talent, new clients, new opportunities, and lots of great stories along the way. Most importantly, she’s looking forward to helping talented people do what they love while helping clients find exactly who they’re looking for.
